Q & A
Why did you choose your profession?
I chose to be an Engineer because I love learning new things related to technology, systems and process improvement and I noticed at an early age that I had an ability to find solutions and anticipate problems before they occurred.

​Later in my professional career I transitioned to the Operations and Supply Chain areas because I found endless opportunities to improve processes, elevate customers perception and contribute to meet the business objectives of multiple organizations.
Who is the one person who has done the most, to shape you into who you are today? How was the person significant to you?
My parents were the most influential force in my life. From an early age to adulthood, my parents taught me the values and emotional intelligence I still use in my personal life and apply in my professional journey. Honesty, hard work, constant drive for improvement and learning from my mistakes are some of the lessons my parents instilled on me. They were true role models and I owe them the foundation of what I am, today.
What has been the greatest accomplishment of your life so far? Is there anything you wish to do even better?
In my personal life, my greatest accomplishment has been the opportunity to form a loving family with my wife and 2 kids. Been able to help my direct family and be there for when they need me.

​Professionally, my greatest accomplishment has been to have the opportunity to lead large multinational teams in Supply Chain and Operations in executive positions (VP level) with large responsibilities and contributions to the strategic goals of public and private companies, obtaining great results throughout collaborative and situational leadership.
How would your peers and team members describe your responsiveness as a leader?
My peers would say I don’t waste any time addressing the important things required to meet our goals or to solve a crisis. My team members would describe how I prioritize my team and personal actions to act with a sense of urgency to obtain the best ROI.
